Vanessa leads Mint with vision and determination. She oversees the business direction, financial management, HR and recruitment — ensuring the right people and culture are at the heart of everything Mint creates. Focused on growth and excellence, Vanessa is driving key initiatives including the new website, showroom, and brand presence, while guiding continuous improvement across every area of the business.
As Mint’s founder, Ryan brings deep knowledge of both design and production. He manages the full production schedule — from drafting and cutting to assembly and installation — ensuring every project runs smoothly and on time. Ryan’s technical expertise and hands-on experience make him the go-to for complex joinery challenges, while his leadership keeps projects and people moving in unison.
Jason leads Mint’s factory team, overseeing every stage of production from cutting to assembly. His role demands precision, coordination, and adaptability — keeping projects on track even when timelines tighten. With a team-first mindset and remarkable commitment, Jason ensures each piece leaves the factory meeting Mint’s exacting standards, ready to be installed on schedule.
Glen manages the installation team, ensuring every piece of joinery is fitted with care and accuracy. Having been with Mint since its beginning, he brings years of practical experience and problem-solving skill to every project. Glen coordinates trades, handles reworks, and ensures installations reflect the quality Mint is known for — always leading by example and never hesitating to lend a hand.
Philippa brings structure and clarity to every project. From job handover to completion, she manages scheduling, trade coordination, and client communication with precision and care. She also oversees invoicing, progress payments, and marketing initiatives, and supports HR and staff onboarding. As Mint’s front-of-house presence, Philippa ensures every client and project receives the attention it deserves.
